Page 3 of 3 Here are some of SG Poi’s Warm Sequence.Wrist Rotation Make a fist and rotate your entire hand 15 times, from the wrist, in one direction. Switch directions and repeat. Then release your hands, extend your fingers, and perform the same rotations 15 times in each direction. Finger Stretch Spread your fingers as wide as you can. Hold for 5 seconds, relax and repeat 3 times with both hands. Thumb Stretch With one hand palm up, pull the thumb gently downward and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 3 times on each hand. |
