
| What you need to do :
The simplest of moves in poi, it seems easy enough
to execute. However take a few minutes to get this move right so it will lay
the foundation to your learning to spin poi.
Notice that the poi are moving in the same rhythm
and parallel to each other. The aim of this move is to restrict each poi to
that side of your body and not to cross towards the other arm.
The problem you might possibly face is with your
non-master hand. Practice this a couple of times to feel the motion of the
poi thru your wrist movement and not through your whole arm.
