
| What you need to do :
The premise of this move is the same as the
forward rotation for each hand. The main difference though is that the rhythm
of each poi is different.
Like the pedals of a bicycle, when one poi
is going up, the other is going down. Its that simple. Once you get this move,
try to move from forward rotation to forward alternating and back.
Good practice to understand rhythm and keeps you
in control of the movement of the poi. Remember to keep the poi parallel to
each other and avoid crossing your body.
