| What you need to do :
The premise of the backward to forward turn is
similar to the forward to backward turn. It is yet again 3 basic motions you
have to achieve to turn successfully. However the actions themselves are
opposite to the previous move. Do note that instructions for this move are
based on the assumption the previous move was attempted.
Watching the video closely, at the time of the
turn, you lift the poi higher than your shoulder. At its highest trajectory,
you swing it behind your shoulder and start to turn. You allow the poi to
complete the circular motion behind your back, while turning, and at its
highest trajectory again, you swing in forward in the forward rotation manner
completing your turn.
To re-iterate:
1.
Lift your poi higher than
your shoulders, poi to start going over your shoulder at the highest
trajectory. Start to turn.
2. Complete
a turn behind your back, above your shoulders. Continue turning.
3. End
up in the opposite direction from when you have started. Make sure that you
are doing the forward rotation now.
